Invitation and RSVP Management
Co-ordinating the distribution of your wedding invitations and monitoring guest responses requires a high level of organisation and can be extremely time consuming. We can act as a direct point of contact for your guests, meaning you don’t have to worry about mailing invitations, tracking guest replies, chasing non-responders or answering questions about travel and accommodation.
Option 1 – Premier Invitation and RSVP Management
This service is designed for couples who require complete professional management of the invitation process, and includes:
- Initial meeting where we discuss your wedding style/theme and go through your stationery requirements. This is followed up with a written proposal of work
- Provision of a choice of invitation designs that will complement your wedding theme, along with cost breakdowns; costs of additional stationery (e.g. menus, orders of service, place cards, etc.) can also be provided as required
- Advice on invitation etiquette and wording
- Management of the printing of wedding and evening invitations
- Preparation of invitation inserts providing gift list, travel and accommodation information as required
- Preparation and mailing of wedding and evening invitations based on information provided by you in electronic format
- Sourcing and co-ordination of calligraphy service if required (cost of calligrapher not included)
- Monitoring of guest responses in database, including any special requirements (e.g. allergies, special diet, children’s requirements)
- Advising you of non-responders and following up as required
- Acting as a point of contact for your guests; providing assistance with travel and accommodation arrangements if required
- Provision of all information for you to prepare your seating plan and inform venue/caterers of guest numbers, special requirements, etc.
Fee: £975 (excluding invitation postage)
Option 2 – Deluxe RSVP Management
This service is ideal if you have already organised your wedding stationery, but would like to benefit from professional guest management. It includes:
- Preparation and mailing of wedding and evening invitations based on information provided by you in electronic format
- Sourcing and co-ordination of calligrapher if required (cost of calligrapher not included)
- Monitoring of guest responses in database, including any special requirements (e.g. allergies, special diet, children’s requirements)
- Advising you of non-responders and following up as required
- Acting as a point of contact for your guests to advise on gift list, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Provision of all information for you to prepare your seating plan and inform venue/caterers of guest numbers, special requirements, etc.
Fee: £675 (excluding invitation postage)
Please note: the fees for both of our RSVP management services are based on a total of 120 guests; if you have a smaller or larger guest list please contact us for a personal quotation
