Our Partial Planning service is ideal for couples who have started planning their wedding, but are feeling overwhelmed by the preparations or are running short of time.
Tailored to your individual needs and available at any stage of your planning, this option allows you to relax and enjoy the rest of your engagement with the reassurance of an experienced professional taking care of any outstanding arrangements. During a complimentary, no-obligation consultation, we will go through your existing wedding preparations, discuss outstanding arrangements and advise on the assistance we can provide. Style and Design
You may already have lots of imaginative ideas for your wedding day, or you may be in need of some design inspiration. Whatever stage you are at, our creativity and attention to detail will ensure your theme and colour scheme are incorporated throughout the different elements of your wedding.
Supplier Sourcing
We will liaise with your existing suppliers, and will use our extensive knowledge and personally vetted supplier database to source any outstanding service providers. For each required service area we provide you with detailed supplier reviews containing relevant information and an explanation of charges. We can also accompany you to meetings with prospective suppliers as required.
Invitation and RSVP Management
Should you require assistance in finding the perfect stationery, we can source beautiful designs that will complement your wedding theme and provide you with a shortlist of suppliers complete with samples and cost breakdowns. We can also manage and co-ordinate the invitation process, keeping track of replies, acting as a direct point of contact for your guests, and assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
Administration
Unless you specify otherwise, we will take care of all the administrative work associated with your wedding: arranging appointments, liaising with suppliers, checking contracts, responding to queries, and dealing with any paperwork. We also monitor your budget, devise detailed planning timelines and advise you of payment deadlines, and ensure you remain up-to-date and fully informed about your preparations through regular meetings and telephone or e-mail updates.
Wedding Day Management
We will attend on the day to decorate your venue, liaise with suppliers and resolve any problems as soon as they arise, ensuring your wedding day runs perfectly. We can also co-ordinate the return of hired items after your event.
