Wedding Supplier Sourcing
We continually research exceptional local suppliers across London, Essex and Hertfordshire and regularly review and update our extensive database of thoroughly vetted wedding service providers. Whether you are running short of time, or are looking for something more specialised or unusual, our specialist knowledge and resources mean that we can do as much legwork as necessary to help you secure the perfect supplier(s) for your special day.
We have devised two Single Supplier Search options, which differ in the extent of our involvement (i.e. you choose the level of assistance that suits you). We also have a Multiple Supplier Search option, which is particularly suitable for those couples who require assistance finding two or more suppliers.

Option 1 – Premier Single Supplier Search
This service includes:
- Consultation where we discuss your overall wedding style and ideas, and go through your specific supplier requirements
- Initial office-based research of a single supplier type using our database of personally vetted suppliers, plus a comprehensive search for new suppliers unknown to Helen Carter Weddings
- Visit to potential suppliers to discuss your wedding requirements and obtain individual quotations where possible
- Shortlist of four supplier that meet your specifications, accompanied by individual summaries containing key information, cost breakdowns and samples or photographs where appropriate
- Confirmation of supplier availability for your wedding date
- Arrangement of initial supplier meetings; we can also accompany you to appointments with shortlisted suppliers if required
- Assistance with contract negotiation and finalising booking

Option 2 – Deluxe Single Supplier Search
This service is ideal if you prefer a more involved role in finding a supplier, but still require professional assistance with the initial research. It includes:
- Initial consultation where we gain an appreciation of your overall wedding style and ideas, and go through your specific supplier requirements
- Desk research of a single supplier type using our database of personally vetted suppliers, plus a comprehensive search for new suppliers as necessary
- Shortlist of three suppliers that meet your specifications, accompanied by brief supplier summaries outlining key information and costs
- Confirmation of supplier availability for your wedding date
- Provision of supplier guide to use at initial supplier meetings

Option 3 – Multiple Supplier Search
This option allows you to choose up to four different types of suppliers for us to research on your behalf. For each service area we will source three suppliers that meet your requirements using the same criteria as for the Deluxe Single Supplier Search (this can be upgraded to the Premier criteria for each or all supplier types upon request).
