The Final Weeks
Many couples work extremely hard to plan their wedding, but the last few weeks are among the most hectic and can leave you feeling stressed and tired by the time your wedding day arrives. With our Final Weeks service, we take care all of all the last minute preparations, meaning that you can relax and enjoy the build up to your special day. This service includes:
Initial Wedding Planner Consultation and Handover Meeting
We offer a complimentary consultation where we meet with you to discuss your wedding plans. Should you accept our proposal, we meet with you again approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding day to go through the arrangements in more detail, outline specific supplier instructions and discuss any areas of concern.
Wedding Day Walk-Through
We will visit your wedding venue prior to your wedding day to ensure we are completely familiar with the setting and room layout for your ceremony and/or reception. We prefer you to accompany us on this site visit so that we can go through the venue arrangements with you in detail, but we will visit independently if this is not possible.
Supplier Management
We will liaise with your venue and caterer to confirm final guest numbers, menu choices, special requirements, etc. We also contact all of your suppliers to confirm the wedding day arrangements, and provide them with an information pack containing emergency contact details, specific instructions, a detailed wedding day schedule and maps/travel directions. We can also recommend any suppliers you still require from our database of thoroughly vetted professionals.
Guest Management
At your request we will contact any non-responding guests, and can act as a point of contact to advise and assist your guests with travel and accommodation.
General Administration
Following the handover meeting, you and your wedding party members will receive a detailed wedding day schedule, as well as unlimited telephone and e-mail support. We will also take care of any wedding-related paperwork, deal with any queries and remind you of any upcoming payment deadlines. We stay in regular contact with you during the last few weeks, ensuring you are up-to-date with all of the day’s arrangements.
Wedding Day Management
We attend on the day to add the finishing touches to your venue, liaise with your suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly so that you and guests enjoy the perfect day.
