Wedding Venue Decoration
Decorating your wedding venue goes a long way to achieving that wedding “wow” factor, but couples often find that they don’t have anyone they trust with this important task. With our Venue Decoration service (available throughout London, Essex and the South East), you can relax knowing that our meticulous attention to detail will ensure your venue looks exactly as you had envisaged, and family and friends can enjoy the build-up to your wedding without having to worry about adding the finishing touches to your venue. This service includes:
- Meeting approximately 1-2 weeks before your wedding to go through the details of your ceremony and/or reception decoration and hand over all decorative items where possible
- Collection of any outstanding items from you 1-2 days before your wedding (e.g. petals, confetti, place cards, table names, copy of seating plan, etc.) and delivery to venue where possible
- Attendance on the morning of the wedding to decorate your ceremony and/or reception venue. This includes checking the position of floral arrangements, lighting candles, scattering petals, tying ribbon, laying place settings, decorating tables, positioning fairy lights etc.
Fee: £225

Please note: This service does not include the management of any other wedding day arrangements, and we usually leave before the arrival of your guests unless you have requested otherwise. Please also be aware that we are not a specialist venue decoration company, but we will be happy to advise upon appropriate suppliers if you require a more specialised decoration service.
