Wedding Venue Sourcing
Choosing your wedding venue is a very important decision, yet finding the perfect location can be one of the most stressful and time consuming aspects of your wedding planning. Whatever setting you are looking for, using a professional wedding planner’s extensive knowledge of local venues will provide you with a range of options that meet your requirements.
We recognise that there are couples who have very little time available for investigating and visiting prospective venues, whilst others simply require some fundamental research assistance in the earlier stages. For this reason we have devised two Venue Sourcing options, which differ by the extent of our involvement (i.e. you choose the level of assistance that suits you).

Option 1 – Premier Venue Search
This service is ideal if you have very little time available for researching your wedding venue or are looking for a more unusual setting for your unique wedding, and includes:
-Personal consultation where we discuss your wedding style and venue requirements in detail
- Comprehensive search of wedding venues within your chosen region, including a personal site inspection of each potential venue to assess its suitability for your wedding
- Shortlist of four venues that meet your specifications, accompanied by individual reports containing key information, detailed cost breakdown and illustrative photographs where possible
- Arrangement of viewing appointments and accompanied site inspections to talk you through the possible arrangements for your wedding day
- Assistance with finalising your booking
Fee: £650

Option 2 – Deluxe Venue Search
This service is more appropriate if you prefer to have a more involved role in finding your wedding venue, but would still like some assistance and guidance with the research process. It includes:
- Initial meeting where we discuss your wedding style and venue requirements
- Comprehensive office-based research of venues within your chosen region
- Shortlist of four venues that meet your specifications, along with individual venue summaries containing key information and cost breakdown
- Provision of site inspection checklist for you to use at initial viewings
