Wedding Day Management

After many months of hard work, some couples feel anxious about whether everything will go to plan on their wedding day and worry about who will deal with any little hiccups. Our Wedding Day Management service is perfect for couples who are planning their own wedding, but who want the peace of mind knowing a dedicated professional wedding planner will manage the day’s arrangements.

This service includes:

- Complimentary consultation to discuss your wedding ideas, followed by a written proposal of work

- In-depth meeting 2-3 weeks before the wedding date, where we extensively discuss the wedding day arrangements

- Venue site visit to familiarise ourselves with the space and layout

- Contacting suppliers to confirm the wedding day arrangements (e.g. arrival/delivery times)

- Provision of a detailed wedding day schedule

- Unlimited telephone and e-mail support

- Attendance on the day for up to 10 hours
On the day we will oversee the set-up of the venue and add the finishing touches in accordance with your instructions. We also meet and liaise with suppliers throughout the day, keep an eye on timings and work discreetly in the background to ensure your special day runs smoothly.

Fee: from £475

NB: additional hours of attendance can be pre-arranged if required at a rate of £35 per hour.

In some cases it may be necessary to have an assistant planner onsite for all or part of the day. This will be charged at a rate of £90-£150 depending on the amount of time required.
