Your wedding is an extremely special occasion, but organising the day of your dreams can be immensely stressful and time consuming. Our Bespoke Wedding Design and Management option is our most comprehensive service available, and is ideal for couples who want a dedicated professional wedding planner to take care of all their arrangements.
Tailored to your individual needs, this service covers every aspect of your wedding, and we will discuss your precise requirements at an in-depth initial consultation. If you choose to accept our follow-up proposal, we will manage all of the arrangements on your behalf, whilst ensuring you remain in overall control through regular meetings and updates. Wedding Ideas – Style and Design
We use our creative flair and attention to detail to help you incorporate a personalised theme and/or colour scheme to help provide you with a unique wedding day. We produce a design board that reflects your ideas, search for accessories that perfectly complement your wedding design, and ensure that suppliers work with your theme in mind.
Venue Search
Our continually evolving knowledge of local venues means that we can ensure you find the perfect location for your wedding event. We personally visit each recommended venue with you in mind, and provide you with detailed reports containing key information, cost breakdowns and illustrative photographs where possible. We also accompany you to site inspections of your shortlisted venues.
Supplier Sourcing
We do all of the legwork on your behalf to find exceptional and thoroughly vetted suppliers, including photographers, florists, caterers, transport providers, cake designers, entertainers and any other services you require. In each area we provide detailed supplier reviews with relevant information and explanation of charges, and can accompany you to meetings with your shortlisted suppliers as required.
Invitation and RSVP Management
Using our in-depth knowledge of high quality stationery suppliers, we source beautifully designed stationery that will perfectly complement your wedding theme, and provide you with a shortlist of suppliers complete with samples and cost breakdowns. We also manage the distribution of your wedding and evening invitations and act as a direct point of contact for your guests, keeping track of replies and assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
Administration
Our high organisational standards ensure your wedding arrangements are managed professionally and efficiently. We take care of all the administrative work: arranging appointments, liaising with suppliers and attending meetings, checking contracts, responding to queries, and dealing with any wedding-related paperwork. We also manage your budget, devise detailed planning timelines and advise you of payment deadlines, and ensure you remain up-to-date and fully informed about your preparations through regular meetings and telephone or e-mail updates.
Wedding Day Management
We will attend on the day to will decorate your venue, liaise with suppliers and resolve any problems as soon as they arise, thus making sure you and your guests enjoy a beautiful and memorable wedding day. We are also able to co-ordinate the return of hired items after your event.

10-15% of wedding budget, starting from £3000
