Wedding Fashion Focus: Favourite Summer Dresses

I’m sure any bride will agree that one of the most exciting parts of planning a wedding is finding ‘the dress’. And there are some absolute beauties to choose from this season! I’ve noticed that one of the main fashion trends for 2009 is for delicate and floaty gowns. Layers of chiffon and tulle create both uncomplicated and dramatic looks whilst providing a contemporary twist on modern lines. Shorter dresses have also had a strong presence on the catwalks, and whilst I have to admit to being slightly sceptical at first, I absolutely love some of the designs making an appearance – they’re feminine and modern, yet at the same time can also have a vintage feel, which remains a big theme this year. So I thought I’d share my favourite wedding dresses for this season – enjoy!
