Mood Board Monday #16 – Waterside Romance

There’s something about rivers and lakes that I find quite enchanting, and I just love the idea of getting married next to the water’s edge and making the most of nature’s beauty. So today’s board has water as a central theme, coupled with candlelight for added romance.
As I was creating this board, all I could think about was sitting by a lake on a late summer afternoon, with dappled rays of sunshine filtering through the trees and dancing off the rippled surface, and the gentle lapping of water adding an air of calm and relaxation. So for me, this design is about keeping things simple, making the most of the natural surroundings and allowing nature to create an atmosphere of elegance and earthly beauty.
